Didn't your winter minimum dip into the z5B, -10F range? Your Windmill was totally unfazed by that cold.
I had my first 50+ high (56F), since late December.
So, I also took a peek, at a couple of my palms, today. Here's a look at the top of my Needle Palm, still tied up. Despite the mild temps, there is still a bit of snow, in my yard. The Needle looks healthy, though:

Here, I took the lid off my Windmill box. The minis were still on. I have since unplugged them, until the weekend. A few lows in the high teens are expected, and then a return to low 20s and up, lows. The box, unheated, should be enough protection, while temps stay above 20, from this point on:
