If you zoom into this pic into my next door neighbor's backyard, you'll see the PAWPAW, Asimina triloba, in full bloom. The flowers are near the tips of the branches. I planted this tree, back there, from a seedling grown from fruits Rob sent me, over 20 yrs ago. Took about 10 years to start blooming from seed. They need cross pollination to produce fruit. I have another tree I planted, about 6 yrs ago, on my side of the fence. I expect it to begin blooming, and producing pollen for this tree, in about 5 yrs. I hope those new to this hobby can realize that plant growing often involves patience...
