Last summer, I posted a pic when my Cardiocrinum giganteum, flowered. These plants can take 3-5 yrs to bloom, from small starts, but like Agave, die after blooming. However, these plants not only produce seeds that will produce seedlings to bloom in future years, but will produce offsets, at the base of the dead mother plant. That's what's happening in the pic below...
