The 1994 storm you mentioned was a catastrophic ice storm here. It paralyzed the area for 2 weeks. Very little snow fell but the year earlier was America's Blizzard in 1993. A storm that few zones could stop.
Seeing lots of spring flowers up and the trees will be next. Expecting a few flurries tonight but nothing accumulating [i(will have to wait snd see about that) but I'm covered up and ready. 20*s low this weekend. Hope your outlook is better. Thanks David.
