I poured Hydrogen Peroxide into the spear cavity and got lots of foaming action. I completely washed it out with the H2O2 si I guess it's a waiting game now. The palm has 3 feet of fat trunk so I dont want to lose it.
I did find daffodils popping up around here so winter seems to be on its way out. 23 days until meteorological spring. Here's hoping March will be kind.
I think it was 3 years ago we had a total Eclipse of the Sun and it lasted for about 3 minutes. We will see a partial here on Monday April the 8th and there won't be another for many years. I've made travel arrangements to view the Eclipse in South Cape Girardeau, Missouri on that day for a 4 minute 15 seconds of complete darkness at 2pm central time along the Mississippi River across from Illinois. If anyone gets a chance to experience it, enjoy.
I also want to report that Fred from this forum is having a major heart surgery this Friday in Greenville, South Carolina. Please remember Fred in your thoughts and prayers, Thank you.
