Last year, I only reached 15 for coldest lows and my EEs started coming out in March!. I had mulched them as usual and so warm that they had zero bulb damage. Crazy! Last year, however, I had much warmer days too. This winter has been chilly by day but above average most nights for lows here. I had 70s and 80s in February and March last year, so the EEs started growing earlier than ever here before.
