I can honestly say I have only seen this once before in 20 years where we had an 8b winter up to mid Jan. That year we hit our low in February and ended up having a 7a winter. We get tested again with an anticipated low of 17 this weekend, but things seem to warmup a bit after that. So far the unprotected needles are doing well.
