My complex is the same. It's not even a senior complex. It's owned by a slumlord corporation, who understaffs the complexes, so the maintenance runs behind all the time, plus, I don't think they know what the heck they are doing.

I could go on a long rant right now, but I won't. Unfortunately, bad management and maintenance is a common issue with apartments, these days.
