That sounds about right for apartment maintenance people. They take their sweet time fixing things, and if they make a mess doing something, they do not clean it up. It is very frustrating.

I am like you, I don't want people in the house if I can't be here. Birds are so sensitive, and I want to be sure they aren't using stuff that would hurt the birds.
