Your first surgery seemed to go really well so hopefully it'll be the same this time. How is your hand doing? Any improvement? There's been a few times lately when my pinky and ring finger flex to the right and my middle finger and my index finger flex to the left in a spasm and stay that way. I have to pry them apart.
