At this time both the eaglets, E24 and E25 have passed away. E25 was showing the same signs of distress ( including seizures) that E24 had showed, and fell out of the nest. CROW ( don't know who this is but seems to be wildlife/bird rescue?) tried to revive E25 but was unable to do so. They will do a necropsy on E25 to hopefully determine the cause of death.
They're also watching the parents ( if that's possible) for any signs of illness or other issues.
