When they checked their notes they said that the statement had been returned to them which then entailed me calling my post office to let the carrier know that I hadn't moved from my residence and to keep delivering my mail.
Well, this yesterday I realized in time that January's payment was coming due. I checked my mail this morning and no paper statement. I called the company to make the payment and when the CSR checked their notes, once again the statement had been returned to them. When I told her that I haven't ever had a problem until November she said that she was putting an investigation flag on it. I explained what I had to go through with the post office as a result and she said that she bumped the investigation to an even higher level.
Has anyone had this happen to them? The mailing address is the correct address. And like I said, I've been receiving the bill with no problem until November. However, if somehow the company messed up the address I wouldn't know because I never received the statements. Anyway I thought that I'd pick your brains.
