a pearl couscous salad over the weekend. I'd had a small side of pearl couscous salad that was good, at a cafe, and so thought I'd try making it myself. It's extremely filling, almost uncomfortably so. I didn't eat a huge amount but not a small amount, either.

That was something I'd never made for my birds over the years (the pearl variety). I did make the regular couscous but no matter which tiel(s) I had, none of them ever liked it.
