1.) Move out June 1st.
2.) Stay another year with rent increase of
$100.00 a month increase.
3.) Stay on month to month basis with a $150.00
a month rent increase.
She has until March 31st to tell me what she wants to do.
Now she wants her lawyer to look it over which could take 2 weeks. I told her if she does not want to stay on I have to start looking for a new tenant NOW!
I am tired of her running to her lawyer with everything, I should just get rid of her.
