No, it's in my kitchen. This is normal for fridges no matter the model. My ex-husband's drain line is in the back of his fridge so he has to pull the fridge out to pour hot water down the drain line to flush guck out and melt any ice. But when I do line up a repairman I'm going to watch exactly what he/she does so I can do it myself next time. Unless it entails pulling the fridge out which I can't do.
