Re: If you can find where your energy
I went to my favorite mall the Monday before Christmas and it's a good thing that they had seating arrangements at intervals. I'd walk and have to sit for a bit then I could walk some more but then I'd have to sit for a bit, etc. Ever since I lost my chiropractor to moving back to Texas and even though I'm going to her replacement every 6 weeks my lower back and hips hurt when I stand too long or walk too far. If I turn to reach for something while sitting various muscles go into spasm, like a Charlyhorse. I was doing pretty well. I don't know what happened. But getting back to energy. Maybe there's an alternate reality called Energy World and that's where our energy is waiting. I sometimes wonder if part of it is exposure to electro-frequencies from cell phones, power lines, computers, air pollution, etc. etc. Cathy and Shiloh Cathy and Shiloh
