Could that be a Louisiana ?
Those inflorescences aren't very long . My Minors have inflorescences that grow a lot higher than the fronds and then bend down , but my Louisiana has shorter inflorescences that are just above the top of the highest fronds and stay straight .

Back when I was really drilling down into Sabal cultivation (2007 - 2010), I'd heard a story that started out reminding people that Minors have underground trunks, then it said some people, when planting a Minor, drop a wide, flat rock into the hole then site the Minor on top of the flat rock and fill in the soil as per usual. As the Minor forms its underground trunk, the flat rock (supposedly) forces it up and above the soil line. That said, I don't know what's going on with the photo I posted.

Those were wild. Wonder how old they are?

Never heard that about using a flat rock to force trunking. Pretty ingenious if it works.
