Maybe I could sell it in 10 years or so to someone who lives around Charleston or further south . It'd be some driving and cost in labor , but maybe if I could net $500-1000 for it that would be a good way to go . Hopefully they could get their money out of it and a profit by selling it for 2,500+ ? I really don't know what a large Washy goes for these days .
