x filabusta, I would think since Washingtonia robusta has more purple on the petiole bases than filiferia or filabusta.
In any case, I stand to be corrected but it's a pleasure to see that beautiful Washingtonia in the Northern Piedmont. Its a very handsome palm along with the others and a compliment to your nice climate.
