Looks like there are 3 of those palms planted flush up against that structure.
As many times as people on the board have criticized me for planting marginals too close, I'm sort of sensitive to the practice when I see others do it.
(In my defense, when I plant a tree up close to a building, it's so that it many benefit from a microclimate and have a chance to survive.)
