My all green Chammy is a lot bigger than that cerifera but the Butia has taken over it and it's hardy visible . Not sure what to do . I might move it further to the left or prune up the Butia so it is visible and can get more sun .
The Chammy humilis is on the left side of the Butia and is hidden under all those fronds :
