I think also acceptable would be something like, "Winter 2020-2021."
That hilarity aside, I hope that map comes true! I would be so thankful for a repeat of last winter. We got pretty much no snow and an 8b winter minima. My palms today look better than ever. That's because they took zero damage last winter and are now showing two full growing seasons' worth of fronds. I'd love to see them with three years' worth!
