I get more comments about the trifoliate orange that is always loaded with dark orange fruit around Christmas than I do any of the true citrus. Do you have any problems with spider mites? The foliage of the trifoliates are always marred with them here and the true citrus is always marred with sooty mold from the sucking insects. Crazy how different the succeptability can be for similar species. I’ve not fertilized these trees the last couple years in hopes of reducing the pests, but it hasn’t made much difference other than to reduce fruiting density
