Its..the maritime med climate Jim..never gets too hot or low humidity in summer. Watering is needed..but just average. When summers are 73f for weeks..not much stress.But!..I've seen large Monstera,Tree ALOES and Euphorbia and even Poinsettia as tall shrubs.
Sort of a golden mean climate.
