Meteorological Winter Midpoint - My 7a Location Enjoying an 8b Winter

The winter minima so far for Wilmington, DE is 18F, back in December. That's a solid 8b temp.
Now, I don't kid myself. I realize that historically, the coldest weeks of winter are generally between January 15 and January 31st. I realize that that 8b winter can be lost very quickly. It would be nice if it held, though.
A little more realistic a wish is that we don't get any single digit stuff. A low 8a winter would be terrific, and we do occasionally get those here.
How's everyone else doing, low temperature-wise?
