Twelve years ago, the Needle was a single-trunked, 1-gallon baby. The Aucuba was literally a twig cutting I had rooted in water.
I had no idea the Needle would morph into a monster and take up so much space. But I'm not going to move either plant. They will simply have to find a way to coexist. As of now, aesthetics aside, neither specimen seems to be hurting the other. Both are mega-healthy.
