What I thought was new about these rope lights was the length , but one spool would be more than enough for my Washy , and that they are incandescent and should give off decent heat .
They will be much more easily applicable to my Washy palm than regular incandescent Xmas lights that are so fragile and have to be connected together . Just hard to handle in general .
What do you think ? I would need about 80' of this spool and then spread the out the rest at the ground . It says that if placed too close together it can burn itself , which means it should have good heat emission . I wish it came in about a 100' spool .
Just saw that I can make numerous rope lights from this one spool using some attachments they sell .
