Anyway, the biggest update is that my trachy is officially deceased. 2 winters ago while in Florida, my protection was breached and I wasn't home to fix it. It barely grew at all last year, and then basically stopped this year. The spear finally pulled a few weeks ago, and while trying to trunk cut, I discovered that the base was totally rotted.
I just replaced it with a Purple Magic Crape which I now moved for the 2nd time this season. It will probably not bloom now, but it should live.
Brown Turkey in the foreground. I also have Celeste in the picture and 3 other in the ground.

From a few weeks ago
I just cleaned up the new extension on last fall's lasagna bed.
Trimmed up the mimosa from Rob. I think this is the 3rd summer. It like to grow very wide, and I just removed 7-8 6' long limbs growing completely horizontally.
Purple Magic in the wet spot where my trachy used to be.
Hardy alstromeria in yellow
No longer in bloom, but don't know if I showed you the Crocosmia
I left my callas with absolutely no extra mulch for the first time ever. I think they are now completely established.
Supposedly z5 hardy gladiolus. We shall see.
2 varieties of hardy agapanthus.
From much earlier in the year, you can see my biggest yucca in the background. Cabbages have been harvested, and last cuckes wereripped out this weekend. Made almost 4 gallons of pickles this year.
Not my picture, but a beautiful sky over Pittsburgh, my home city.
