I hate to kill them but I have to walk on them and sometimes plant something where they are located . I also spray Roundup on them , not to kill them , but to kill weeds that are growing with them . Roundup doesn't work on them very well because they are so slow growing . When they are really small the chemical washes away before entering the plant . I don't know about spraying them when bigger than just little seedlings .
In general I leave them alone but they are starting to get messy . I have a few that are large and producing their own seedlings . I would like to pot some and give them away or sell them .
I have potted up a few and given them away but I may have to start treating them like regular weeds . I hope not . I may also start cutting off their inflorescences before they produce seed ( that's the best solution
