The board is moving slow..but here's my borderline squared plant for my climate. Most 10a's are good to grow these..but the bay area is like other places spring when summer rolls around.
The Deppea is now extinct. Discovered in the 1980's..its lone mountain home in Mexico was slashed and burned.
Subtropical it does not like hot nights and in fact blooms in winter.
