Probably close to 10a, but I'm guessing 9b.
Med Fans perplex me. I see so many pics of them where they are small, but have a few years on them -- meaning, they're slow growers. I have a plain green one in a big pot and that thing grows like a damn weed! Puts out a lot of fronds per growing season. Even grows a little indoors during the winter. All forms of Chamaerops are awesome plants.
