We're Doing the Typical Mid-Atlantic Summer-Straight-Into-Winter Transition
This month started out in the 80s every day, but today, and the rest of the work week, only 50s for highs. Thursday and Friday may bring scattered morning frost. We break into the low 60s on Saturday, then back to the 50s again.
No nice, prolonged, sunny, dry 65 - 75 degree highs. The choices are hot or cold, but no in between. This effect is worse in spring.
