Season 2 was filmed near Santa Clarita, CA. From LA go north on I-5, exit SR 126 west and go 10 miles. It was between the highway and the river. It was private property next to the Santa Clara river.
The sets are long gone. You can see photos I took of the Base Camp during Season 2 under “base camp” on this website.

Hi , Welcome, the camp was and so all the other sets were built especially for the show and have long gone. I believe that the land has been sold off a while back for housing .

I served in the Australian army reserve in the 1980s & was wondering if Camp Barrack is still there on in the Indian Dunes , they built a real army base , with showers , mess Halls , sleeping quarters. Is there any news on a Tour of Duty movie being made
