As Tony continues down the road to a complete recovery, we wanted to update you.

The good news is the chemo and radiation are now behind him though they continue to work to destroy the cancer cells. The not so good news is, while the medicine is doing its job it is taking a toll on Tony and there are more bad days than good. He remains in a state of almost unbearable pain, although he won't admit it. Joanne Stanley, his good friend and fan club president, said it best, "Recovery is a long road, with an awful lot of twists and turns. It is like a rollercoaster." We continue to wait for the roller coaster ride to be over, and the day he wakes up and actually feels good again, or at least better than this.

Every time I speak with him, or text (which is most often the case), he mentions how astonished he is by this outpouring of love, warm wishes, and compassion being sent his way. He wants to call or write to each and every one of you and express his gratitude - if only he had the energy to do so. He really can't believe it. The smallest donation is as meaningful as the largest, and the words of encouragement outweigh both.

Tony's recovery will not be easy nor quick. Please continue to send your support in whatever way you can.

For my brother, please let me thank you with all my heart for the love. It has meant the world to Tony, Tiffany, and our whole family.
