Yeah I'm a bit confused too. I've written fan fic stories for TOD but they're just for me :-) and they stick very much to what was going on it nam and in the US at the time.

You say they cancelled out Terence Knox Stephen caffrey and Miguel ,,, Who is they ????? It reads as if thats how YOU have written it , there is plenty of fanfic out there that keep sthe characters , although the subject genre changes dramaticly Previous Message
Well unfortunately 1990 was a very long time ago I was 12 years old when the series ended but I dabble in fanfiction quite a bit and I am writing
a fanfiction that takes place in season 4 it's kind of bizarre because they pretty much canceled out Terrence Knox character as sergeant Zeke Anderson LT Goldman played by Stephen caffrey and Marcus Taylor played by Miguel Nuiez Jr along with three new privates that are from a made up company I even went as far as to write Ruiz and Percell to reinlist I'm trying to write how Sergeant Zeke Anderson fits into my season four fanfiction cuz after all Terrance Knox was Tour of duty Stephen caffrey after Terrence Knox. But honestly there was some mistakes after season 1 like writing Baker and Horn and the Asian doctor out . Season 2 was okay but it felt very empty without Baker and Horn all because CBS wanted to compete with China Beach on ABC which was a good show but it had it all together different dynamic from Tour of Duty it was a different type of show and then Tour of Duty.
