It was common knowledge that Francisco de Asis de Borbon was gay and everybody in the family knew it.
Having to marry within the family, was there ever on the table the possibility that Isabel might marry Francisco's brother Enrique, the future Duke of Seville ?
I guess the Orléans-Montpensier would oppose strongly, but what was their real weight on this matter if Isabel would choose Enrique ?
Was she in good terms with him, before the wedding ?
