Middle daughter of Francisco de Borbon y Borbon duke of Marchena (b.1890 - d.1909 from lung disease).
Most bios say she died unmarried.
However I found in Wikipedia (portuguese version) ok, ok that she married composer Clovis Villa-lobos, a brazilian aristocrat, by whom she got two sons Dom Victor Villa-Lobos de Bourbon e Bragança and Dom Joao Villa-Lobos de Bourbon e Braganca,who succeeded their mother as Duke de Bourbon e Bragança and Duke de Villafranca de los Caballeros.
That 2nd title was created by Alfonso XIII for life for the Duke of Marchena's widow, the volatile Maria del Pilar Muguiro, so it all appears a case of "fake news".
AFAIK the spanish branch did not write Bourbon à la française but Borbón.
The Brazilian connection could be plausible as Marchena was the late Emperor D.Pedro II's godson.
