Your thought is more realistic than it is uncharitable. After all, unlike their more reserved cousins Aimone and Olga, EF and his daughter seem to be born attention-seekers.
And your own thought is more hypocritical than it is realistic since "attention-seeking" EF explicitly takes his cue from your other heroes Ginge-n-Whinge in hating on daddy and reviling King Charles. He should be a real hero to you.
