But google always comes to help us. Thanks to King Alfonso XIII, he was never tried and sentenced fir this crime. So, nothing happened to his children. He kept the custody of the children

When looking for information on a junior member of the Borbón-Sevilla branch, José María Borbón de La Torre (1883-1962), I came across a document relating to a military case against him for murdering his wife Maria Luisa Rich y Carbajo (1890-1926). They had six children aged between 4 and 16 at the time of their mother's death.
Manuel, what happened? Do you know who took custody of the children?
