Correct me if im wrong but is the trust fund not started by Eduarda and was it not she who put the money in the fund?
Christina and Camilla never worked for a penny that went into it so Eduarda should be free to do with her money as she sees fit. If she dies there is a legal base for child to inherit a certain portion of a parent's estate in most countries. But i do find it odd that somehow a daughter is claiming things as belonging to her that she never worked for but her mother did work for. Apart from the legal intricacies who may decide in her favour the idea that she is starting a court case against her own mother who made the money in the first place is in my view morally reprehensible. Let Christina work her own for her own living.
At any rate, Eduarda started looting the trust fund (to the tune of $100M) and a Gaugin painting "mysteriously" disappeared (insured for $66M). Cristi has sued her Mother and Sister. I wish the High Court could toss "Camilla" in jail - the $ and painting would magically appear! It's so unfair to Cristi.
