The Queen has no official arms. In official events, when there’s a “royal chair”, her chair shows the King’s arms.
A picture of the opening of the Cortes. Felipe and Letizia with the King’s arms, Leonor with the PoA’s arms and Sofia... with the arms of Spain, since she has no arms, as I said.

Not sure how it was before 1931, but that is how it is since 1975. Queen Sofia’s royal Greek arms have never been officially used in Spain.
Did foreign queens OFFICIALLY use their arms in Spain ?
Did they use them jointly with their husbands ? Sofia-JC, Ena-Alfonso XIII, Maria Cristina-Alfonso XII ?
Or is that a new rule ? If so, since when ?
Actually, she has no coat. Not officially. In Spain, only the Monarch and the heir have arms.
And those “roses” in the lambel... is she a Lancaster Princess?
