For some reason I thought it was an unknown button pearl tiara but yes it is the sapphire tiara. Thank you.

The sale of the French crown jewels in 1887 is legendary and the photos of the sale are incredible but I found a picture which appears to show a completely unknown tiara. It doesn't look like any of the other tiaras sold in the sale.
Does anyone know anything about it? Unfortunately I cannot find a bigger picture.
