I do not think that it has been mentioned in this forum, that on December 18, 2018, prince Henri d'Orléans (called comte de Paris, duc de France) published a decree making an alteration in the coat-of-arms used by the (orleanist) Head of the House of France. From that date forward the arms became, "D’azur au Sacré-Cœur rayonnant de dix-sept rais d’or accompagné de trois fleurs de lys du même" (Azure, the Sacred Heart from which radiate seventeen rays or, along with three fleurs-de-lys or).
On December 18, prince Henri's Secretariat published a
statement. A second
statement was published the next day.
I have not seen these arms being used since the death of prince Henri.
