Be fair. Removed out of the context, the terms might look harsh, but just consider the following example:
If Belgium was to part into 2 regions tomorrow, I am quite sure that Flemish living in the french zone would move to Flanders and vice-versa.
It is just natural that in a country with such harsh divisions, cultural differences and beliefs, it would be normal that people choose to live where they feel more comfortable.
I know I would.
And social fractures must not be always something bad.
