The Queen delivered the scientific awards of Rey Jaime I in Valencia yesterday, on behalf of the King who was supposed to attend with her but remained at his office due to the Catalonian crisis, and as always when they attend an event in a region with a co-official language, her speech began and ended in the regional language. And when she said that the King sent his regards and wished he was at the Awards, people broke into applause and interrupted her speech
