According to the principles the Romanian Royal family now adhere to this baby is number 3 in line of succession after his grandmother and mother.
Im not sure if Elisabeta Karina takes her position as second in line serious. She attended her brother's wedding and seems to have a normal relationship with him and his family. I would not be surprised if she counts on her aunt or mother re-introducing Nicolas and the children from his marriage back into the line of succession.
