Well, with the recent abdication of Margrethe II of Denmark, Europe now has four queens with first names starting with the letter "M": Denmark (2), Belgium, and the Netherlands. If you include the grand duchy of Luxembourg into the discussion, a fifth consort is also a *Queen* M.
There also are three women who are "Queen S" (Norway, Sweden, and Spain). And if you count the principality of Liechtenstein into the discussion, a fourth consort is also a *Queen* S (Hereditary Prince Alois, as regent, is the head of government and de facto sovereign; since his mother is deceased, his wife basically counts as the first lady in the country).
Just thought of pointing out these silly points of trivia. :-)
