ALL the European royals are at least distantly related. The famous Catholic monarchs of Spain, Ferdinand and Isabella, may not necessarily be their nearest common ancestor: but all 10 reigning monarchs descend directly from them. The only European royals who do not are the Montenegrins.

They, along with the Monegasques and Albanians, are also the only European royals not descended from King James VI/I of Scotland and England.

Beginning with the year 1800, with what major royals in Europe are the British royals related? The Coburgs obviously as they are members of the family. The royals of Belgium and Bulgaria. Denmark, Norway and Greece through Alexandra and Philip plus the marriage of the British princess Maud to King Haakon VII of Norway. The Romanovs of Russia, the royals of Hanover, Germany and the Hohenzollerns from there, too. The royals of Romania. Anyone else, please?
