In German both are Furst rather than Prinz and in Dutch we know a similar distinction (Vorst and Prins).
In Monaco Albert II's older sister Caroline is styled as Her Royal Highness the Princess of Hanover so she has a higher style than her brother and his wife but she does not outrank them.
The Grand Duke of Luxembourg is His Royal Highness his children have the same style but that is due to Henri's grandfather Felix being a Bourbon prince of Parma. Charles X made all Bourbon princes HRH.

How are the reigning Princes Hans Adam and Albert then addressed? Highness? Serene Highness? Royal and Serene Highness? Something else? Since these men are monarchs, they would have to be addressed with a title higher in rank than that of a regular prince.
