I have not found any evidence of a Queen Consort being refered to publicly as Queen Consort. They have all been simply called Queen + first name or Her Majesty, the Queen. Prior to the style Majesty being introduced during the reign of Henry VIII they were call Her Grace, the Queen.
But were Queens Alexandra, Mary and Elizabeth (G. VI's wife) ever referred to as Queens consortes or just Queen Alexandra, Queen Mary and Queen Elizabeth ?
Not to mentione the Stuart and Hannoverian queens...
I can't imagine Camilla baptising an ocean liner as the Queen Consorte Camilla
